Not for kids
Graphic violence, explicit sexual references, disturbing horror themes
Detailed Analysis
These lyrics are a tribute to the Friday the 13th horror franchise, centered on the villain Jason Voorhees. The content includes multiple references to graphic violence (throat-slitting, machete and axe killings), explicit references to teenage sexual activity ('drunken, sex-crazed teenage mess,' 'counselors were off having filthy sex,' 'killed in the climax of debauchery'), alcohol use, and pervasive themes of murder and supernatural vengeance. The sexual references, while framed in a horror-narrative context, are fairly direct and include explicit language ('filthy sex'). The violence is central and glorified as a punishment motif. The overall tone is dark, gruesome, and horror-themed, making this inappropriate for younger audiences.
